Your Credits

• You receive 5 or 10 credits for this course depending on your invoice.

• Each hour of a class you attend costs 1 credit.

• Credits expire either 2 months or 4 months after your very first class, depending on the amount of credits you have, so be sure to use them!

Scheduling & Changes

• You’ll plan your class schedule directly with your teacher at the start of the course.

• If your teacher is unable to make a scheduled class, don’t worry! We will offer you an alternative teacher or a different time slot that works for you.

Cancellations

• More than 24 hours' notice: You won't lose your credit! Instead, you can use it to book a spot on a Catch-up Day, held on the last Saturday of every month.

• Less than 24 hours' notice: Unfortunately, the credit for that class will be charged.
